Default Question on CA legal SA's.

I do not live in CA, spent a little time in the military there but left in '82 before the real craziness started but i have a question regarding CA legal semi-auto rifles.
While perusing the new Colt Firearms catalogue I noticed a section on CA legal AR's, in the description was mentioned a 'Factory Installed Bullet Button'. What exactly is that? From the pics I could not see anything special, do we have a member who can provide a simple answer to this?
Thanks,
RD

A bullet button looks like a regular mag button except it has an indent in it and can only be activated by sticking the tip of a round in it (or something else that size)...it is designed to get around the Fixed mag requirement that can't be removed without a "tool."

Another example of the ignorant, anti-rights, Assembly, to define "dangerous" inanimate objects, rather than to define actual criminal behavior, and to require its severe punishment.
