I spent all three days there, talking to the various pundits, experts, and of course, the Booth Babes. I wanted to stay to hear Ted Nugent's "symposium" Sunday afternoon, but the line was a mile long, my feet were killing me, and I bailed instead. Altogether I brought home about 60 pounds of catalogs, memorabilia and assorted junk, plus half a dozen hats, enough pens to last a couple years, and lots of other cool stuff.
The crowds were medium to heavy on Friday, HORRID on Saturday, and heavy on Sunday. Food was typically overpriced by at least there was a decent variety, and there were plenty of concession stands. More and better places to sit down would have been nice, but we survived.
There were plenty of semi-famous faces around, with names like Jinks, Miele, Golosky-Golob, Leatham, Scoutten, Pincus, and several others. There were probably others, but those are the ones I saw.
Lots of nice guns, plenty of nice people willing to help you select their wares, and of course, Booth Babes!
