Killed a cockroach yesterday
Was at my daughter's school and some kids were in a circle watching a wounded roach. I went over and they asked me what they should do with it. I told "this" and I stepped on it. You would think I clubbed a baby seal in front of some of them. One screamed out "Ava's dad killed it." Some moms looked over so I told the kids if they felt real bad for it, they should say a prayer...then I remembered it was a public school and told them "oops, you can't pray here so maybe you can all go hold hands around that tree over there and have a moment of silence for Raochy. They all seemed to get my point and headed off to class with a shrug.

When I was a teenager I used to shoot roaches with a .22 revolver for target practice. I hope the little kids never learn about that, I might be labeled a cockroach serial killer.

You mean you can just step on them, no raid or sticky traps.
I learn something new here every day.
Dose this mean your kids school has roaches?I would be sure to point that out to them. Especially if they feel you did wrong.

I work in a large school system maintenance department.
I was just inside the exterior door in a high school cafeteria at lunch time one day when a mouse ran inside. I managed to stomp the little sucker and spewed blood and guts several feet away. I quickly got a broom and swept up the evidence before anyone noticed!

I have a small eyedropper that I fill with water -- I then waterboard the roach to get him to confess and tell me where all of the other roaches are hiding -- it has worked very well so far. In his very faint sqeaky roach voice -- he said: "Guantanamo"
