My son has been talking about going bear hunting with one of his buddys. I had to work today, so I didn't get to go.
I got a text message early this morning saying "I got one, pictures coming".
Well, I waited very impatiently until 4:00 this afternoon when my phone started buzzing.
I have never really had much desire to hunt bears....until today. I plan on taking an extra few days off work this fall for the bear season.
It wasn't a real big one, but it was not taken over bait. It was a spot and stalk hunt. and I think it is fine for his first bear.
