Default At the Y today...

Took a spin class today...it kicked my butt. Noticed the very tall fellow on the bike next to me looked familiar....then it hit me....was James Cromwell...I told him LA Confidetial is one of my favorite movies and I loved his performance. Very nice guy...and a good spinner....

Ok, I'll run with it...What's a Spinner? I don't live under a rock, just on top of one. Is it a dance? I must say that I like his stuff too.

Its an exercise bike

They have a room full of them and a instructor plays music. They often show a video of a bike road coarse and the instructor will tell you how much restriction to add to the bike to simulate hills and such. They also make you stand up and sit down.

Glad for the info. Thought it was a PC term for "Brake Dancing for Middle Aged Spatially and Mobility Challenged Caucasian Males"

Sip,

He did play a great role in LA Confidential......."That's Smith, with an S"

You think the pistol in the kitchen with Spacey was a PPK in .32?

Several years ago they decided to label the lockers in my department. Some funny guy wrote "Bud White" on a guy's locker (not saying who). It was quite fitting at the time, but times are now gentler.

Cheers,
Joey

::sarcasm on:: Oh, yeah, he'd fit in really well here. Especially when we have our annual PETA fundraiser. :: sarcasm off::

At my gym, there is a guy that I know there that works out all of the time and is in great shape. I saw him one day and we was soaked with sweat. I asked him what he did to get that sweaty and he told me that he took his first spinning class. He said that he saw Jesus twice!
