That match and the World Cup final were two of the best soccer matches I have ever watched. Good, clean, hard-nosed play with no diving, cheap shots, and crying to the ref's. That is the way soccer is supposed to be played. Both teams are first class and it's too bad someone had to lose. But... GO USA!

I didn't see the match but I'm dang happy for 'em. This has been a good Olympics for the US, particularly the women. Surely it'll inspire more girls to get out and participate in athletics.
I saw that the US women got gold in water polo--a very tough sport.
