Holy cow. Just got off the phone with somebody. Caller ID said Belleview, Washington but I don't know. I don't know what company he/she was representing. I managed to understand a few words like "test technician" and "San Diego" but other than that...

I've spoken with MS Tech Support in INDIA and the delightfully voiced young lady spoke perfect English.

Heck. I need a job. I would be willing to sit on a phone & interview applicants off a script all day long. I'm fairly understandable, too. At least when I have my teeth in.

I guess they figure most people don't answer the phone and those who do don't really care what they're saying. Kind of makes you wonder why they bother at all.
