Walker Avenging Angel...video added
After cutting my Walker down a while back to 5 1/2 inches I decided that that just wasn't short enough. Now it's 2 1/2 inches.
The worlds biggest cap and ball snubnosed revolver

Hey - I've heard of you!
You're that guy that gets sued all the time.
My dad told me that they always go after the guy with deep pockets........

Are you going to round off the butt and Fitz the trigger guard? I don't reckon you'd bob the hammer on a single action.

That's a humanitarian revolver -- you can shoot a bad guy and cauterize his wound at the same time. Maybe it will buy him a minute or two more in case the paramedics get stuck in traffic.

That's really neat. Take some photos as you touch off a full loading. I imagine it will be spectacular on both ends.

Super cool and still heavy enough for a good pistol whipping if required.

Not going to do anything else to it. The other Avenging Angels I made were smaller revolvers and I rounded the butts on them. But I really like the graceful gripframe of the Walker. It looks good with the squareback triggerguard. So I'm going to leave it alone.

Yeah I bought it at the Julia auction last year for $750,000. It was a fairly clean example but that 9 inch barrel was just too long.
But there must be at least 100 old original Walkers left so I don't feel too bad about it.

That is a pretty cool concept, kinda like an 19th century Night Guard. I think we need some pictures of you lighting that thing off! I'll bet there are some fairly spectacular fireworks associated!

Here she is going off. 50 grains of black powder behind a .457 round ball at 10 yards offhand. It was also getting pretty dark out so I think it did pretty well even though I wasn't even trying

Darn good shooting there Twaits.
I am somewhat surprised that the rig is in fact a functional modification.
To my eye, less flash than a 21/2" .357.
Another cool one for the man with no fear

That is the coolest thing I've seen in a long time!!
Now you don't have to worry about the rammer coming loose and tying up the gun!

It is complete wacko. Do they have a Smith and Wesson .50 snub to?
The Walker looks great. Just big fun.

Impressive. And I say that with the intonation of a Klingon ship Captain who just found out that the other side has a missle that can remake planets.
