Default Sort of like getting period grips for a revolver

Scarfed up a vintage Weaver K2,5 post reticle scope, plus vintage rings, bases, for my 1949 Winchester Model 70.

I know the scope is from about 1949-1950 because of the bubble type adjustment covers, the black dials underneath and the external screws on the saddle.

The rings are the Weaver single piece type, and I needed to take off the ocular and the lock ring to mount the rear scope ring.
