I tried to call them earlier today and got a busy signal about 10 times before I finally got through. After waiting online for at least 20 minutes, I gave up. I have problem ordering online because their system defaults my billing address to a different zip code for some reason so, or course, it doesn't accept my card. They were actually saying if you would wait until Thursday to call back and use the code word they gave you they would give a discount. Or if you hung up and ordered online, they would give you a code to use for another discount. Since I really needed the parts for my 92 Winchester, I ended up using my wife's card. And by the way, they had 20 round AR magazines for $14.95. I don't know if they still have any but I ordered 5.

They recently goofed up my order for a firing pin for a Remington Model 12 twice. It's on the way from Brownells now.

I'm sure they are very busy but they are holding my repairs up and I have plenty of ammo I'd like to hear go boom.
