Thumbs up +1 Smith & Wesson Custom Service

My newest M&P9c didn't come with pinky rests for three 12 round mags and it has the Mass. compliant 10 pound trigger return spring in it.

Called S&W and they are sending me a standard spring and three pinky rests free of charge.

I do not know about making repairs, but these people are absolutely fantastic when it comes to sending customers parts at no cost to the customer and usually without asking a lot of questions.

Twice I have called and ordered small parts and they have sent them along free of charge.

They do outstanding repair work too.
I had my 586 re-barreled & re-finished and they did a gorgeous job.
My 586 project is finally done! **WARNING - S&W Purists may want to skip this**

Don't mind if you ask at all.
Standard revolver re-blue is $225.00.
It looks even better in person. They do a great job.
