DHS Ammo Purchases in Mainstream Media
Forbes did an article on the DHS purchasing large quantities of ammo, specifically hollow point. The article was well written and not slanted IMO. I'll post a link if I can find it again.

I think we are seeing the seeds of that speech sprouting. It's hard to argue against facts, but like my wife says......."it is, what it is".

The DHS would still lose to the Navy or Air Force. MRAPs don't work we'll against B52s or cruise missiles tipped with nukes.

Could finally be responding to the instances such as the 1997 Hollywood bank robber shoot out...though i highly doubt it.
