What better place to talk about all your woes, when the doody hits the fan, when everything goes south, you get scammed by eBay, your significant other leaves you a Dear John or Jane note, and your head is ready to explode from too much MD 20/20, then in the baconator thread. Bacon is like chicken soup, it cures what ails ya', especially in your time of need and when you're at your most vulnerable. So c'mon folks, grab a fistfull of that pig belly and don't worry...just be happy. Chow down hogs....

If I pick up a slice of cooked bacon and it does not bend it is overcooked.
I like it wrapped around hotdogs, and chicken livers, also toast tomato and bacon. I could go on and on.

The missus uses maple bacon drippings as shortening for biscuits. Fluffy, melt in your mouth, DELICIOUS biscuits.

Also, SO jealous of the 3 lb. rasher for breakfast.
