We took some raspberries, one stalk of asparagus, and a few chives
from our garden today.
Have a lot of tomatoes coming but they are still all green.
Spuds are a few weeks off yet, I think.

I planted some odd 20 cucumber plants. It SAID they were not a vine type.

3 months later, and 40 vines anywhere from 8-14 ft. long....... I am evidently a cucumber farmer.
ow, don't get me wrong; they taste great! But the pickle type cukes get all bloated and misshapen after a few extra days. Must remember to pick when they still have some wrinkles!!!!

ACP, how tough was asparagus to grow? I hear it is one of the toughest crops to have success with. ( I see you got ONE stalk, I fear this is an indication of my forthcoming answer....)

Man, the spring in Minnesota was so late, I have not eaten even one tomato from my garden yet. The winter truly sucked bigly.
