Default Surviving a Bear attack

If you really want to survive a bear attack just watch the Pittsburgh Steelers tonight and do the exact opposite and I believe you will be fine.Yeah it really hurts to say that.

I'm fearful that I might have to use my Terrible Towel to wipe my eyes if our Steelers continue their bad ways.

Troy seems to be back.

Ben I'm not sure - maybe it's the offense lack of protection.
Last game I wondered how Ben would do if on another team.
(Blasphemy - I don't think he would jump ship.)

I also wonder if anything can be blamed on Todd Haley.

I'm an old Pittsburgh boy - left in '60 - but you never forget.
You might be surprised to know how many Steelers fans there are even here on the west coast.
Raised my daughter on the Steelers - she can name many / most of the Steelers from the glory days :

1) Great drafting
2) Great defense
3) Great runningback

That used to be what the steelers were all about. It's like they just forgot there winning formula. They are very frustrating to watch right now. Guessing it might be a long year. Hoping for old school steelers to come back.

Default Gotta tell another Steelers story to my Pittsburg friends

I graduated high school in '58.
They had a raffle or something in my junior or senior year as I recall.
Prize was a football signed by all the Steelers.
I won it - I can still see it in my memory - Yellow with Black stripes, signatures in blue pen.
I played catch with it with my son in late '60's - it got all scuffed up - don't remember what happened to it.
Can you imagine if I had it today and took it to Las Vegas "Pawn Stars" - they'd probably tell me there was no market for it and that it was not rare -
HA HA HA !!!!!!!
I wish I still had that priceless one of a kind.

My oldest daughter was born January 14,1975 the year of the first Steeler Super Bowl victory.I told her mother not to go into labor the day of the game.I believe the game was January 12.To this day she's my best game day buddy. The football games don't mean that much to me anymore but to hear her ask"Dad do you want another beer?"means everything to me.

Guys, if you think its bad-try being a Raiders fan like me. Yeah-I don't put down any other team. I hope they pull an upset on Monday against Denver but I don't think it will happen. I just hope they sack Peyton a couple of times. I honestly think that is what it will take to slow him down. I think I would rather see the Raiders face the Steelers than the Bronco's. I predict a long night on Monday in any event.

Pittsburgh fans, don't despair - they will appear, at least, to have regained all of their past glory when they go up against the Viqueens in London... I have been a secret Vikings fan (original Minnesotan) hiding in Wisconsin for years. but perhaps my purple blood is beginning to take on the green and yellow hues of a week-old bruise with the Vikes current ineptitude.

Default Steelers fans

Interesting:

After 0-3 Start, is Mike Tomlin on the Hot Seat? | Bleacher Report

Within that, I'm tending toward:
"If any coach should take the blame, it's offensive coordinator Todd Haley".
