Sent my S&W SKU 178020 in Nov. 22 for a loose front sight. Not a big deal mind you. Received a confirmation that it will be back to me 12/19. Woo Hoo. Way to go S&W! It is my go to CCW weapon. In it's absence a 686+ 3" or a DW VBOB has taken it's place.

I sent in my brand new PC 625 which had a serious timing issue. I had it back in just under 5 weeks. Not bad for having to be repaired and test fired.
