Cold pizza. Yea or Nay?
I bought a sheet pizza for my guys yesterday at lunchtime. The leftovers were put in a zip-lock bag and thrown in the fridge.
So a few minutes ago I reach in and grab a couple of slices and headed back to my office. One of my workers looked at me like I had 2 heads. I asked him what was wrong. He said "are going to eat that cold"? Um, yeah.
If you pre-date the microwave you know about cold pizza. In fact I will say that I might have otherwise starved to death or at least not made it through college without cold pizza. Besides, microwaved pizza totally sucks!
I say cold leftover pizza rocks for a quick meal. What say you?

Nay! That is why microwaves were invented!!
I can't tell any difference in microwaved pizza except for the limper crust which don't bother me.

cold pizza
cold pizza beats the microwave anytime. However, if I have an oven handy, I will heat them up so it is not soggy and tastes as though it was served from a restaurant.

Cold Pizza - NO, Microwave pizza - NO. That is why toaster ovens were invented, set it at about 425 and the pizza is nice and warm and not soggy.

In my bar fly days I have learned to eat cold pizza, that ended in 1986. Most of the time there are no leftovers, if there is, it must be reheated.
Everyone knows this picture is coming.

Our homemade pizza's rarely make it into leftovers but when they do I like them cold from the 'fridge. My wife heats hers up in the microwave.
Personally, I'm not too fond of using a microwave oven for much of anything and we wouldn't have one were it not for my wife's insistence.
I guess I'm a bit of a dinosaur that way too. I don't need no fancy electrictonics for cookin'.

Right On, Brother. College days are many moons behind me (Thank Goodness) but cold pizza, warm flat beer, and half smoked cigarette butts were pretty much our weekend diet. I no longer drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes but I do indulge in cold pizza now and again.

Since most coyotes eat what they kill when they kill it, are you saying you prefer cold food?

Mom always told me growing up that cold pizza was "bachelor food" haha. I love cold pep, and any of the meat pizzas. But you've got to reheat anything with veggies.

Heat the left over pizza in a skillet...It won't get all soggy like a microwave does.
Now in another post Caj said he likes his coffee dark and bitter like his women. For me I like my women like my pizza..."HOT".

Microwave wrecks pizza, French fries, sandwiches. It's good for popcorn, water, soup, spaghetti. It explodes eggs. They are lousy things and still everyone owns one. Remember when they were called radar range?

I vote YEA! to cold pizza.
..and NAY! YUK! to microwaved. eewww...
If I want to heat it up I put it in the toaster oven.
You must be rich, storing in a ziplock. I put pieces onto a paper plate & slide it into a food storage (AKA "bread") bag with a twist tie.

Life is too short to eat cold pizza.
Don't care how you warm it up -- oven (my first choice at home), pizza cooker (we have a great one at work), fry pan, microwave.

NO on cold pizza! No on microwaving it too.
Don't be it such a hurry. Put it in the oven, relax, drink a COLD beer, and soon your HOT pizza will be ready!

Went to LSU did you????
Today cold pizza with a freezing cold diet coke for the burp that settles it all down makes a great weekend breakfast. Why diet coke and not regular coke you ask??? Regular coke has 150 calories which I'm saving up for the afternoon Becks

This is how I've always done cold pizza, as breakfast and a glass of cold milk must accompany it.

I'm the only one in my family that doesn't like cold or even warmed over pizza. They think I'm crazy. I just try to make sure there isn't any pizza left over when we have it.
Now if you wanna talk about cold fried fish....well I LOVES me some good old cold fried speckled trout!!

Hot, warm, cold...doesn't matter to me. Cold pizza is the time honored traditional bachelor breakfast. Just sprinkle some crushed red pepper on it & enjoy!
