Default 2014 Subaru Forester 2.5i Premium - opinions

Subaru Forester 2.5i Premium - consider buying - would appreciate opinions.
I have had a knee replacement and due for another one. Getting in and out of my Toyota Camry is a challange. Getting in and out of my wife's Toyota Cienna minivan is easy. Thinking an SUV would be a good option. Will have to drive about 40 miles each way to look at a Subaru Forester, so maybe you can save me a trip.

Take the trip. The Forester is only an inch or two higher than your Toyota. My wife has a 2011 and we love it. It replaced her 2004. Very dependable and decent mileage for all wheel drive. No issues. However, I don't see where it would be a great deal easier getting in and out of than that Camry. Of course, my contract is pretty severe going from my lifted Tacoma to he Forester.

The Forester did very well in ... I think it was Motor Trend's recent competition. I have a 2011 Legacy and it does well for me. I need a trunk, or a Forester would have more appeal. My Legacy has a 6 speed manual and gets about 5 MPG better than my wife's 2007 Outback as a rule.
