Default CO-WY-MT shooters, advice needed

Hello to everybody,

Most of you don't know me... I live in Italy and I'm a gun owner and lover.

Now, next august I'll be for a 3 weeks long vacation in your Country, together with my wife and a couple of friends, travelling through Colorado, Wyoming and Montana.

I'd like to find a shooting range where will be possible to rent the guns to shoot with.
This should be quite simple, but my desire would be to try shooting with the kind of firearms that here in Italy are not allowed to possess to the civilians, i.e. full-auto guns and/or .50 bmg caliber rifles.
And this seems to be a little bit harder.

I thank you in advance for any help / advice on this matter.

Nick

Pity you won't be traveling through Kansas.

The Bullseye
1455 N Terrace, Wichita, KS 67208
(316) 686-7264

The Bullseye shooting range has the Midwest's only 100-yard indoor rifle range. Fully-auto machine guns are for rent, as long as you buy the ammo there.

THE OUTBACK PARK & PUBLIC RANGE
368 Navajo Road, McPherson County KS 67460
Charles Harter 620-489-9407

They shoot .50 caliber.

Welcome to the place where ordinary citizens are still allowed to shoot weapons of all types. Have fun, and stay safe.

Sorry. Maybe next time you pass through? I still need to take my husband there :-) He wants to shoot the big 50 cal. The rounds are so expensive though. Like, 10 USD a piece. Ouch. Maybe I'll take him there for his birthday this year and let him go crazy.

Good morning.
Yellowstone Big Gun Fun, in West Yellowstone, MT rents machine guns at their range.
They are right by the West entrance to Yellowstone National Park, one of the most beautiful places in the western United States.

If you just wanted to shoot some Smith Revolvers, I would be glad to take you to the range in Livingston, MT and let you shoot any of mine.

Chop

Default Denver Area

There are two places I go to that rent guns. Both are in the process of making full auto guns of various types available to the public. The one in Denver is:

Centennial Gun Club | Denver Gun Store | Firearms Denver | Guns Denver

The other one is in Castle Rock, CO about 30 mins or less South of Denver. They are:

DCF Guns | Douglas County Firearms

Centennial is 28 lanes expanding to 38 soon. DCF is smaller at 10 lanes. I don't know when their full auto stuff is going to be available but they have quite a variety of pistols, rifles and shotguns available. Have a good trip and enjoy!!!

Machine Gun Tours | the greatest place on Earth

The owner is very involved in the local shooting community. I have not shot with them but people who have give it a good review.
