Do you have a bucket list?
I was recently on a cruise and a conversation started at the dinner table about what we had on our bucket list. When I said I didn't have one a couple of the men at the table were very surprised and asked why not. Apparently they felt everyone had one and it was unusual that I didn't. That got me thinking of what I would put on a bucket list if I chose to start one. Now I guess I'll have to give it some thought. Anybody care to share what's on yours if you have one?

My bucket's got a hole in it. So I doubt I'd get to do all the things I put in it in the first place.
I've had a pretty good life, and have seen a lot and been to a lot of places, so I really can't complain if my bucket does have a hole in it.

I've been to a lot of places and would love to see more but I've had my fill of long distance travel. I'm too cranky these days.
Now, I just want to go see my old friend in Oregon before one of us goes.
And maybe catch a really big Wahoo just for fun. Never caught a big one. Then again there's a few local fish I've yet to slay.
Everything else is gravy.

I didn't think about it until the Movie, but I pretty much ran through what most people put on their bucket lists before I hit 50. Between the military and Fire/Rescue, I've been able to take advantage of a vast amount of training, travel and activities that afforded themselves to me.
Free Climb, Rappel, Snowshoe, Snow Ski, rode in Cobras, Hueys, CH46 & 53s, EA6Bs, Worked both High Angle and Confined Space rescue, Sky Dive (no... not some simple tandem, or Hop & Pop... real sky diving ), Scuba dove most of the Caribbean, Wreck Dive, Cave Dive, Sail, Ridden/Driven Motorcycles/Sports Cars in excess of 120 MPH, Seen most of the U.S. I want to see...
The state of the world as it is today, there are no European/Asian countries I really want to visit...
While I'd love an All Expense Paid 6 Month trip to Australia, traveling there is not really a Bucket List item.
Like I tell most people... It's not my age... It's the Mileage.

According to my neurologist I should already be in an electric scooty chair but I've been working hard to stay on my feet. I have degenerative peripheral neuropathy and over the last couple of days I've started to lose feeling in my right foot along with the motor nerve problems. About the only thing I have on my bucket list is to visit the land of my ancestors, The Blackfoot, while I can still get around on my own two feet.

Well, let's see.
I bought an BMW M3 two years ago. Was my dream car. 4.0 liter V8 that spun to 8,600 rpm. 420+ horsepower. Just recently sold it, so checked that box.
All my life I've wanted to own a pistol and shoot for fun. Last year I bought a S&W M&P FS in 9mm. Love it.
Last few items I can think of are travel related. We recently bought a Roadtrek Adventurous, a Mercedes Sprinter-based Class B (22') RV. We plan to get going down the road when I retire (soon-ish).
I'd like to see The Alamo, the Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, and Yosemite. And pretty much anything in between.

Most of the things I would put on mine will never happen. I'll never have the money or the health to do a lot of them.
But I would love to catch a seven pound smallmouth bass and a striper of 35 pounds or better.
I'd like to publish a project I finished writing six or seven years ago, but it needs to be organized and edited.
I would like to die painlessly and quickly.
Looking at this, it seems my bucket list pails by comparison to--sorry!

Two things that come to mind on my bucket list.
Scuba dive under the ice in either the Arctic or the Antarctic.
Open water dive (non cage dive) with a Great White.

Better keep them in that order. And hold that last one to the very last!

It's funny...I just watched "The Bucket List" today.
I don't have a bucket list...I can't afford to do anything I'd want to put on it, and what I can afford to do is too depressing to be on a bucket list.

one of mine that will never happen is ride on the concorde to London. since they don't fly them anymore, that one is out. another aircraft related is to get shot of the deck of a carrier in an f-18 in the back seat so I could enjoy it.

Yeah I've got one.
1. Jump out of a perfectly good airplane at about 10,000 feet. (With a parachute on, of course).
2. Drive something really fast, with a manual transmission of course, on the Nurburgring.
3. Sing the Defense Of Fort McHenry (The Star Spangled Banner) at Game Seven of the World Series at Wrigley field. (And watch the Cubs win).
4. Sing the Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald to put my first Grandson to sleep.
I'm gonna be able to do that last one next month.
I'll prolly have a bunch more, but those are the important ones right now.

My wife and I just returned from a cruise to the Antarctic and that was one of the items on my bucket list. I've now visited all 7 continents! The item has been checked off.

I don't have much of a bucket list anymore as I've done a lot of what I've wanted to and one reason I'm so poor now.
I would like to do some more traveling and mostly here in the US as there's so much more to see. I'd also like to revisit some places I've been to like the north east that my wife has never seen.

In no particular order...
1. A tour of Russia....maybe a river cruise from St Petersburg to Moscow.
2. Scotland...rent a car and do the whisky tour & golf tour.
3. Drive the Lewis & Clark Trail from St Louis to the west coast with my wife on our Ural sidecar rig.
4. Revisit Japan, the town where we used to live and where our son was born.
5. Tour the Holy Land and walk the via dolorosa.
6. Make the ham radio DXCC Honor Roll.
7. Fly aerobatics again in a T-6/SNJ

At the age of 73 I've marked off most of the items that were once on my list. About the only thing remaining is to spend about 3 or 4 months exploring the great old cathedrals of Europe. I'm kind of a nut for cathedrals.

I have been wanting to go see my best friend. We worked together many years. He was 10 years older than me. He died exactly one week ago.
I have a personal thing I want to straighten out with someone but dont know if its possible. I still have a personal challenge I want to do. Looks like I will have a shot at that one.

I don't like really cold weather so I guess I'd like to visit the Sun. I suppose going at night would be best, you know, when it's a little cooler.
