NRA Endowment
are there any advantages to having the endowment over the life membership? I am curious. I have had the life for a couple of years and I can move into the endowment for a little more money.
thanks
Mike

They will put the upgrade money to very good use, I have gone from life in 1975 to endowment and now to patron and will move up to benefactor some time in the future. They are about the only thing standing between us and the gun grabbers. You will not gain any more benefit than you have now except knowing that you have helped beat them back for now. Jeff

Thanks for the advice fellas. I was seriously considering it and now I'm sure. We would be in a bad way without the NRA.

I was a life member for over 40 years. To tell the truth I went Life rather early just for the magazine, it did not take that long for basically free magazines to hit my house. Along the way I picked up a couple instructor certs and taught at my gun club and also for the Boy Scouts.
Felt a bit guilty. In the last five years I upgraded twice and now stand at Patron level. They can always use the money.

+1
I became a life in 1980 and since have progressed to endowment and presently patron and plan to go on to benefactor.
I've also signed up the majority of my kids/g-kids as annual members.
I'm not aware of any increased benefits other than protecting our 2A rights. And whether you like and/or agree with all the NRA does, they are the major voice protecting those rights. I wish I could afford to do more.

I put my money where my mouth is.
The NRA is no more perfect than any other organization, that doesn't change the fact they're the best defense we have.
