I searched for a long time looking for some gun friendly bank checks. The NRA checks have two scenes and sucked. After a long search I found some checks a couple years ago with rotating images of antique Colt handguns. Identity checks #9K40-Colt Classic. They were discontinued.

After checking over 40 websites (I'm like a dog with a bone- I won't let go) for gun checks, I finally stumbled onto this site.

Hunting Personal Bank Checks | Hunting Personal Checking Account Checks

They have checks depicting shotguns, ammo and AR-15's!!!!!!!! Prices start at $6.99 They have one called "Hollowpoint Ammo". There are four rotating scenes. Two show hollowpoint and two show ball ammo. I'm certainly not going to complain about their lack of ammo knowledge. I'm just happy to find a gun friendly theme that doesn't show some 375# 23 point buck jumping over a barbed wire fence.

I ordered a half box of the hollowpoint ammo ones. $11.48 delivered.

I hope some of you will appreciate what I finally found.

Pro-gun check, name, address, handwritten drivers license number (?), telephone number (?), and you want to pass these out on a regular basis?

Previous post just changed my mind!

I liked the idea, just don't care for the possible consequences!

What Engineer 1911 said. I couldn't agree more.

Wildlife, sure. Displays of hollow point ammo, not for me. I almost never write checks, but I wouldn't use those.

Sorry to drop additional rain on your parade.

I'm not too worried about the general public seeing my address. I write less than 50 checks a year and probably half go through the mail to pay for magazine subscriptions. Other than National Geographic, all are gun, archery or outdoor magazines. Most of the rest actually go to local government/police to pay various taxes, fees, building permits, etc

I definitely don't use them at retail stores.

Personally, I'm not much for advertising my position on guns. I'd especially never have something (sticker) on my vehicle that is gun related.

When I see a Glock Perfection or NRA sticker on a back window or whatever, I feel pretty sure the person is either carrying or there is one in the car. I imagine LEO feels the same way too. When an officer is approaching my car, I want him at ease as much as possible.... ;)

Well, I don't care who knows I'm NRA or pro-gun or whatever. It's who I am, and I'm not ashamed of it and not at all paranoid about it. I like the idea that random hoods know I might be armed or that I might just be crazy, and that I am not an easy mark. I really don't care what some cop thinks of me, other than to know that I am a taxpayer, not a "perp", and as far as I am concerned, I am his boss.

Well ok then....

Checks? Really? Not trying to be a smart-aleck, but I think I've written maybe a half dozen checks in the last five years; three to the IRS, a couple to my oldest daughter and one voided one I use to set up direct deposit with clients.

Mine have Bald Eagles on them. Surprise!

The original checks were Colt antique pistols. I was ending my original supply. They also sold return address labels about 1"x1.25". Now those got reordered a couple times over the past couple years, but never the checks. I got compliments on them many times at post office counters when I mailed items. But then again, this is western NC where household gun ownership runs about 70% other than Buncombe County.
