Leftover spicy baked chicken thighs topped with sliced onion in sour cream and maybe some sriracha.

Probably a glass of whole-milk buttermilk.

Either that or a hot-and-spicy dish of fish, rice, tomatoes with green chilis, bell pepper, onion and garlic. Also leftovers.

Haven't decided yet.

I just finished dinner.
A 2" thick NY strip, seared on the outside, raw & cold on the inside.
Steamed asparagus with fresh lemon juice drizzled over it.
A baked potato. Coated with olive oil and salt prior to baking for 1:10. Served with butter, sour cream, and truffle salt.

I have some homemade cheesecake left over and some fresh, giant blackberries that I might have for desert later.

Flat bread baked with a garlic sauce w/chicken, olives, roasted red peppers and mozzarella cheese. Not bad for the first time making it. Next time just pepperoni and cheese or buffalo chicken for me on flat bread.

We had steaks with a coffee and chipotle rub.
Asparagus from the garden with peas and garden herbs.
Half of a massive baked potato.
A lettuce salad.

In a little while we're going to have banana cake with carmel frosting.

My wife is the best cook around (in my non-biased opinion.)

It is raining on our traditional fireworks picnic, so its smoked ham, turkey, Gouda cheese, cherries, pumpkin pie, potato chips, Michelob Ultra or apple juice depending on age.

We went out. I had fish tacos; my bride had pozole. The tacos were good, but the pozole was better.
