Default My experience with S&W customer service has been

nothing short of amazing. I traded for this 21-4 a coupla weeks back. Shot it, and bbl."walked" about 5 degrees counterclockwise and bound on ejector rod. Called Smith, they emailed RA. It was delivered to them on 7/28/14. I got it back today with a new bbl. Absolutely no charge to me and I only had to drive about 4 miles to Fedex to ship it to them.
Now that is what I call excellent customer service

Also gave me another opportunity to play with new camera. Lady in the watch is my Grandmother.
