Default Interesting Serial Number

I thought our member GA 1911 would like this one. A Kahr MK9 Micro Stainless with a serial number of GA 1911.

Sorry, it's not for sale. I like this little gun too much.

No bite in my hands. This thing is 100%. Never had one hiccup. Back in 2003 you could go to the Kahr website and buy the Elite trigger, spring and bushing. The trigger pull was my only complaint, but the Elite trigger is shorter and lighter. I was going to give it to my son but now he will have to wait until I'm dead to get it. I call it my WalMart gun because you can take it anywhere, any time.

about 15 years ago--Iwas offered a beat up Walther P-38--whose serial number was 7777. I passed it up for the $400 then offered. Last I heard--some several years ago--this pistol is going around in collector circles-last price paid for it--guess--$7,000.

I own the 'dead man's gun'...the gun itself a Ruger P89 from the early 90's had belonged to a fellow who died of pancreatic cancer. The dead man's widow sold it to a family friend who didn't like it so he sold it to me.

I get home with the Ruger and actually read the serial number...last three digits are 666!!

Well anyhow..the Ruger shoots fine and my pancreas seems ok....
