just curious would my missouri state highway patrol 66-1 and 60 service revolvers have been sold directly from s&w to them or thru a dealer?

Not sure, but believe the factory was involved as a party.

It was my understanding that the MHP 60s I saw (Kansas early 80s) were
REQUIRED trade-ins to qualify for SPECIAL pricing of newer products from S&W. LGS owner told me he heard this from his wholesaler.
