Sad. Hopefully Clark Custom will continue with its high standards.
Not only 1911s but Clark Custom was THE pioneer in turning the Mark I Ruger .22 into a fine competition pistol.
By the way, I believe Jerry Miculek is married to Clark Sr.'s daughter.

Bummer, di not know he was ill.
Good guy----I have talked with him just a couple of times and I know others who have dealt with him much more. I had met his dad a few times when I was a kid.
The Clark's are legend in my book.
