A quick, cheap and dirty spotlight, not looking to light up the whole backyard but just enough to see where I take the dog out. This is a solar powered light used for signs and flags, a piece of 1 inch PVC pipe staked into the ground and a piece of plumbing pipe screwed into the PVC pipe for the light to set in. The light can be adjusted for elevation and because the post is smaller than the pipe left to right is no big deal and the solar panel on it can also be adjusted. The total cost, about $16 or so. When it's not so windy like it is today, I plan on painting the pipe and post dark green to blend in better and if it works well, another one for the other side of the yard. Took me about 20 minutes to set up.
