Autumn in the Ozarks
My wife snapped these pictures while on a trip recently in the Missouri Ozarks. She's got a pretty good photographic eye and I thought they were worth sharing.

What a beautiful setting for that church. Your wife does have a good eye. I like the creek spilling over the road, I'd like to see the other side.

Beautiful scenery. You guys need to market post cards.
What lake is in the background?
And is that a spring bubbling over the road?

Nothing gets any prettier than nature in the fall. Thanks for the pics. Really good paintings that can capture that beauty cost hundreds if not more.
The only thing I really miss about living up North is the splendor and beauty of the fall season.

Come, Come, Come
Oh, come to the church by the wild wood
No lovelier place in the dale.
No spot is so dear to my childhood
as the little brown church in the vale.
NICE PICTURES.......THANKS FOR SHARING.

That's Table Rock Lake in the background.
That's a just a small brook coming down off the hill we were standing on that's flowing across a low water crossing. I've ridden my Harley across that spot before and it's slick as snot.

I was guessing Table Rock. My Dad and Uncles fished there quite often.

I have lived in the Ozarks for decades and I see new sights like this all the time. I have seen a lot of magnificent scenery in my life but the Ozarks are home.
Great picture.
