Default Big troubles at the S&W factory ...

Looks like it wasn't all lollipops and rainbows at the S&W factory back in the day. (But then again, what workplace is?)

Just thought I'd share these with y'all. Hopefully there are a few fellow history buffs out there who will get a kick out of them.

They have no more Machinist salary demands & concerns because all their production is now done by CNC robotic machines. I have been to their modernized Factory not too long ago and the one thing that is noticeably lacking are people! The Factory floor is covered with CNC machines and there are very few employees around servicing them. They took the best examples of their old antiquated machinery and sort of made a "museum" with them. They no longer are used, but I guess they kept them for nostalgia.
