That is probably the cutest "ugliest dog" winner I have seen. I hope that extra skin around his eyes doesn't impede his vision though. A Chinese Crested wins every year. Nice to see something different.

I'll bet I could win the prize for being the most ugly dog owner. 
Hmmmmm....That didn't sound right...I don't have a ugly dog....I claim the rights to having a dog with it having a ugly owner..
Actually, I'm so ugly, I can't even post a photo of myself here. The mods would close the post.

Back in the mid-1980s, we had a dog my wife rescued (covered with axle grease) from underneath a car who was a bit larger than a Chihuahua, but loaded with scraggly white hair like an un-trimmed poodle. We lived in El Paso then, and I entered her picture in a contest featured in the El Paso Times newspaper.
By actual vote, she achieved the notoriety of being the third-ugliest dog in El Paso! She was very proud of that when we told her.
