Default Booming business in guns & ammo

Thanks to new federal guidelines, businesses dealing in guns and ammo have been designated as essential and not subject to shuttering.

As many of you know, I write articles for the Blue Press, Dillon Precision's catalog/magazine. On a whim, I called Dillon's sales and technical assistance line yesterday and was confronted with a message that I was 22nd in line to talk with a rep.

A call to their local line confirmed that reloading equipment and components are flying off the shelves there, and they are doing a land-office business, trying hard to keep up with demand.

I think it's really good that we have a pro-2nd Amendment executive branch that has our 6! Restricting the right to keep and bear arms is NOT on their agenda.

John

It's good indeed, finally some common sense. Closing gun stores but naming cannabis dispensaries essential is just a sign of pot heads being in charge.

Doesn't take a lot of searching to find that this is not necessarily the case...

Wouldn't classifying something as "Essential" make it more difficult to get rid of, or regulate out of existence? Not trying to go political, just thinking how this has to be good for all gun owners. Guns & ammo are officially essential items.

Of course they are. We all know that.
