Default Front Sights

Hi:
I am wondering how fragile "Hi-Viz" and "Fiber Optic" sights are on a service/CCW weapon?

Not fragile at all JJ. Unless of course you drop your gun!

I've had them on Glocks, Ruger Mark II, and 1911's. No problems.

If for a Glock I would go with Tru Glo TFO.

Kanewpadle,
Did you replace those on your 1911's. I just ordered one for mine and in the fine print, it suggests professional installation. Not having looked at it yet, I have no reference.
