How about chocolate layer cake (from scratch, of course) with almond buttercream frosting!

Wifey likes it with ice cream, gimme a glass of milk, with a couple of ice cubes in it.

Now, what are YOU having for dessert?

My wife made chocolate pudding and banana cream pie this afternoon.
I may have a little of one or the other tonight.

How come there's no Smith handgun guarding that cake?

Hi Brad,

Just keeping a handle on my carbs - I lost 40 lbs 5.5 years ago, and I want to keep it off.

I have "good stuff" a couple of times a year, though.

I don't care if you live in Utah or just down the street from my home in Florida, when you have a cake that good and don't give a fella a call to stop over and have a slice, that is just plain rude, crude, and socially unacceptable.

Sorry 'bout that - I'll put a slice in an envelope, and get it off in the mail to ya right away!
