Wow! That’s a bunch of Bucks, Euros, Marks, etc.
Just found out it got a Straight 8 engine!
Like a Buick! The other 300SLs have 6s.
Now that we have all the Car Guys grouped up, what is this?
Looked, didn’t see any name anywhere.
Body looks slick and well formed.
Inside has a kind of a kit- homemade look.

Prototype Batmobile from the old serials before the 1966 series?

I believe that's a Westfield 11, replica of a Lotus 11.

Beautiful Mercedes! Something about those gull-wing cars fascinates me.

Cars like that are so far out of my league, it's silly to contemplate, but . . . . If I were the high rolling buyer, I'd probably drive that Mercedes. My guns aren't safe queens; my cars aren't garage queens. Carroll Shelby said of his creations: "These cars are meant to be driven." I think he was spot on!

I would love to own it again, Love it !

Gods own chariot ain't worth that. Silly people with bottomless bank accounts.
With that kind of money I'd buy a race track and invite my friends to come over and have fun..and supply all new C8 Corvettes...and still have millions left over. I guess it's all about what spins your wheels..:)

What??? For only another $499 you could have had it any color you wanted at MAACO.
That reminds me, is Earl Scheib still painting any car, any color for $29.95. No ups, no extras?...My old Dodge flatbed is starting to look a little shabby, and I didn't spend all that Covid money the government sent me yet, so......Ben

A friend's father in my neighborhood masked off his 58 Pontiac, sanded and primed some trouble spots and took it in to the local Earl Scheib, and the results were pretty impressive. It was the only car I ever saw that I knew for sure had been done by Scheib.
