Should You Need a Tax Stamp For a Suppressed Acorn?

Clearly, in this instance, you have people who were unfit for law enforcement doing the job. Why wasn't the subject searched? NOBODY, I repeat, NOBODY goes in the back of a patrol car without being searched. That's Cop 101 stuff...

If you watch the video he was searched.

If you watch the video he was searched.

My mistake, read in another report that they did not search the subject. However, if they did a proper job of it, they wouldn't have thought they missed a handgun with a suppressor! :rolleyes:

Wonder how the prisoner in the car when he fired on it felt.:eek::eek::eek::eek:

He probably felt a little wet and smelly.
Yeah, I bet he was never so glad to see clean orange coveralls. :D
That suspect just got dealt a "Get outa jail rich card"! ;)

Did the car survive?
While we're here, what's the best caliber for shooting police cars?
{Apologies. I couldn't resist.}

Well, I find it remarkable that the prisoner wasn't hit after having not one but two hi-cap pistols emptied into the squad car. Don't these Florida officers have to range qualify with their weapons???

This would do the trick.

Well, not to overstate the obvious, but, clearly, the guy was in the wrong line of work. It's better for all concerned, including him, that he find a different occupation.

Thank God no one was killed.

I will venture a semi-educated guess that nobody in that officer's chain of command was completely surprised when told about the incident . . .
A very good probability you are correct. Also probably equally true of the Sgt. although she seems to have escaped repercussions. How many shots did she fire? Did she empty her mag too? She must be someboy's goldenboy, or girl in her case.

I'm a combat veteran. I survived the 2021 Battle of the Pine Cone Ridge. Pine cones attacked my MCV (Mobile Combat Vehicle, AKA Crown Vic) by violently extruding their Piñóns directly at my MCV using gravity to attempt to damage the armored clear coat of said MCV. I ran for cover, but after assessing the situation and determining there was no immediate threat, I did not draw my weapon. Upon further inspection, the clear coat did, however, sustain minor damage due to the shrapnel like tree sap.

Hold on, I read that Acorn Hernandez, was a 10 year "Special Forces Officer" vet, with two tours in A-stan, yet saw no combat. How does that make sense? I'm asking for a friend.
