I need to get some good pictures of a few guns -

I see these two boxes on amazon. The size seems to work as the model 29s are about 12 inches total.

and this one:

I have little experience in getting great gun photos, and never used a light box. I searched forum and found no threads showing specific light boxes. One had links that are no longer valid- Hence my two links above, that for now are good!

I want best quality I am able to get as an amateur.
Do either of these boxes look good, or does someone have actual experience with another one that they would link to?
Explanations geared toward the boxes appreciated!-
I'll just be using an iPhone 14 Pro- nice enough macro lens etc.

Just guessing, but I would think the quality of your camera and lens had more to do with a good photo, then having a light box.

When I was looking a few years ago (back when I had fun guns to take pictures of) I wound up just doing it DIY with some cardboard and fabric. Worked well enough and was a pretty easy project.

I don't use light boxes but I do have lighting that I use. Lighting is more important than a good camera.

Back when I started with good photos of people, I invested in 5 clamp on lights and 5 100W photo/daylight spectrum bulbs (about $8 each at the photo shop), a UV, two blue, and an orange lense filters. I had some new canvas cream colored drop cloths and kept sawhorses and taller step ladders handy. The wife's white and light blue sheets got drafted a lot of times.

With digital cameras you get to experiment with backdrop and lighting angles for free!

Got some great pics of my kid with stars bursting out of his eyes!

Looking for a light box myself.

Saw one at a local photo shop that had LEDs woven right into the side and top.

My issue without a box is I get shine and shadows easily.

oops just saw these also have LEDs

Think a 24" might be the route

Those look pretty good. I've used a light box a lot, but mine does not have the LEDs. I have external lights. Maybe it's time to upgrade.
I would not buy one that small. More is probably better here. You'll eventually want to do a group of guns, or your dog or something.

Other thing I wondered about is how some of you shoot pics in a Lightbox, that make the gun look like it's floating mid-air!

iPhone 14 Pro camera actually works good but has so many settings it's mind boggling.
