Karma time, not gun related
Karma time, not gun related. I used 10" Maasdam fence pliers for years. They have side cutters, front cutters, grips, and even backside grips that will hurt if you put part of your hand there and squeeze. These are used, but in great working condition. They are square nosed. They are great for a tackle box or tool box. German steel. Time to let these go. Instead of Goodwill, I will offer them here if anyone is interested. After the Easter holidays, I will pick by lottery who gets these fine pliers. I'll pay the shipping, too. Happy Easter.

If you will, please include me in your generous karma even though I don't need them. If I win, I'll send them to Protocall_Design because he frequently provides good advice to this forum.
Thanks and
Happy Easter.

Add me to the list of folks who hoped to get picked and then defer to Protocall Design!
If we get enough, this will be a slam-dunk!

Nice Karma!
But I’ll pass.
Already have more tools than I can find or use!

My Dad had a set of those when I was a kid. After harvest one year, I accidentally plowed them under. Never heard the end of it. Please include me for old times sake.

If someone else gets them, I'll be happy for that person. It's a bigger deal to me that everyone is trying to help, than actually getting the tool.

This karma is now closed. Thirteen people wanted Protocol to win, not counting himself. That is 14 chances.
Twelve other people put in for the karma. I will be choosing from the 12.
For the 14 chances, he will be getting another pair of Maasdam pliers. I used both pair of pliers many years. Leave them outside and they will rust. These can and will hurt you, so anyone accepting them releases me, mine, and the Forum from any and all liabilities. Don't like the rules, send them back.
I'll choose from the twelve in the coming days.

I would like to thank YeshuaIsa53 for his generosity and wisdom in dealing with this unusual situation. I would also like to thank Mercury and all my Forum friends for their show of support. This is probably my 15 minutes of fame for this lifetime. I will continue to help those that my skill set allows for as best as possible. Best Wishes to All - Warren

The winner is post#24, rwsmith. Please PM me with your ship to address or PO Box.
I must say you guys threw a knuckle ball at me, but I kept my eye on the ball. I'm more than happy to be a part of this forum. Wish I could send a pair of these to everyone. If I were just picking, there were three I liked: moose damaged fence was 1, plowed under my Dad's pliers was two, and three would have been the pinched flesh.
However, this was a lotto. Post #24 won the karma fair and square. Congrats, and thanks to everyone who participated.
Thank the biggest gorilla in the room, too.

Update - I got the pliers from YeshuaIsa53. They are a quality German made tool with good steel. They're a big step up from the similar style ones I already had.
Thanks again to YeshuaIsa53, Big Gorilla, and everyone else involved.
