Toxic Prey with Lucas and Letty Davenport. Doomsday scenario with the usual high body count, interagency banter and sauerkraut eating bureaucrats trying to keep up to speed. Even a Brit for comic relief. Not going to give an accuracy report, just an entertaining read I mashed thru in an evening and a half.

I've been a fan of Sandford for a long time, but haven't picked the new one up yet. Recently started working my way through from the beginning again. His later works have become a bit repetitive, and he's clearly not a big 2A supporter, but it's still good fiction.

Just finished it. Couldn't hardly put it down. One of the better ones, but all of his are good.
