#4, everybody’s got that drawer. “Junk Drawer” is part of our vocabulary.

It speaks of my entire house and shop.

Just as there was one yesterday that hit too close to home (and I am scheduled for surgery on that left eye that is full of blood this morning for those you saw that post), #2 also is another to which I can relate.
At about age 8, we were visiting my grandparents in Connecticut. My grandfather had my brother and I out for a walk on his property, and when we came to a fence he said that he had to run back to the house, but that we should hold on to the fence until he got back. He went and turned the electric fence on. I immediately let go, but my brother, 18 months younger than me, held on for a while until tears formed and then he let go. He had trust in my grandfather while I had already figured out that he was a sadist.

Number 4 is funny because it is true. It was funny the first time I sighted it on this site, and it still is, which is why I am citing it.

Sounds like you lost a blood vessel in your eye. Hope all goes well, and your sight returns
