I like #5, but #1 has all the beer and cigarette jingles from the 60s running through my head: (wolf whistle) Mabel...Black Label; Winston tastes good like a (snap, snap) cigarette should; From the land of sky blue waters; See the USA in your Chevrolet. At least the Teaberry gum commercial didn't have words.

I only remember two of those, but three of yours. But the affliction itself, yes. Happened yesterday, in fact 
(Darn you- my cat saw that and now we BOTH have the Meow Mix ad "earworm.")

I remember the aluminum tray and the divider but not the tool. But at a mere almost 72, I probably wasn't old enough to make a gin & tonic or a scotch on the rocks.
