If my former boss was still alive, and I was still running the flight department, we would be in the thick of it. I flew many Angle Flight missions, mostly small children in rural Georgia, transporting them from small towns to the major hospitals here in the Atlanta area in the Sikorsky and the JetStar. The lady I worked for was like that. There are many in business aviation that are doing their best to help relieve the suffering in the storm ravaged areas. God bless them.

The Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Expeditionary team deployed in support of a Federal Emergency Management Agency mission to establish a forward Incident Support Base at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, following Hurricane Helene to receive, track and ship lifesaving commodities to aid those impacted by the storm’s destruction.

Soldiers from the 2-502, 2nd Mobile Brigade Combat Team and 101 Combat Aviation Brigade, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) prepare to fly out on October 5, 2024 from Ft. Campbell, KY to help provide aid to the people affected by Hurricane Helene in North Carolina. The 101st has deployed two battalions from 2MBCT and elements of the 101st Division Support Brigade and 101 Combat Aviation Brigade to help provide aid and support the local communities and FEMA efforts.

From the clips I've seen , there's an awful lot of Robinson's up there . Leads me to believe there's a lot of private owners flying op's up there .
