Good gunshops between Winchester and Richmond, VA.

I’m in VA this week and running between Winchester and Richmond. Any good gun shops where old S&W revolvers live, that I should check out?

Might take a look at Clark Brothers, which is in Fauquier County as you work your way between 66 and 95. They have been there forever, well since I was a kid, and are an old school throwback store with a bunch of stuff inside.

If you are near Winchester take a look at Stonewall Arms, on Valley Avenue. They sometimes have some good stuff in their case that has been traded in to them.

And lastly might take a look at Middletown Guns, in Middletown, VA. Not far off 81. They do consignments and trade ins and I have found some decent revolvers there at decent prices. They are also pretty proud of some of their stuff so depends on the day. They recently suffered a smash and grab burglary but I believe they are back open.

LATE ADDITION: There is a pawn shop here if Winchester, Bear's Pawn Shop, and he sometimes has some decent revolvers on the rack. The owner, Brandon, is a good guy and pretty easy to deal with.

If you go down 17 to get to 95 DON'T SPEED! It is usually patrolled heavy and has a "special fine schedule".
