I can see clearly now...the font is large!
Having trouble seeing the forum without your reading glasses? Are we getting old or what?
If you go into the UserCP, Edit Options, the last setting will allow you to change to the "Large Font" skin.
Soon you will see all obstacles in your way... 
Better still, the choice is at the bottom of every page in the lower left corner!

After you do that , if you use Firefox hit "ctrl + " one time and the text goes bold as well > in IE 6 or later and Firefox you can also hold the ctrl key and roll your mouse wheel, very easy on the eyes (and mine still work pretty well).
