Hey Dustin I would take it back. Everyone saying no harm, if they saw it for sale they would want it below value or not at all. My opinion.

The replacement they sent me is still sitting in the box. Not to be trusted or depended upon.

Got the new one last week. Not planning on shooting it. I will put it up for sale and let the new owner be the S&W quality control person. I have no faith in the model as It was a carry gun. Bought a Glock g48 9mm. 250 rounds so far and no problems.

Got an email from S&W. Said their gunsmiths had determined the gun could not be fixed. Said it would be destroyed and they would send me a new one through an FFL. They did not offer to pay the transfer fee, the FFL I use charges $37. Hopefully this will be the end of it , but I do not think so...
