Thx for the info, so im ruling out the ammo as the culprit. i even took off the grips to make sure it wasnt hanging up, and it still snags. I've found one of the loaders holds the rounds in a tighter group and works with all ammo up to an "acceptable" level.

I haven't had the time to get out the calipers and look, but just by eyeballing it and holding it case to case, it appears to be the same. I have 4 of these HKS loaders, and i cant help but think maybe they are not working properly.... I dont see any one else on the web having this issue.....

Has anyone had any issues with HKS speedloaders not feeding into the cylinder with certain brands of ammo? Im using the HKS speedloader for a model 27, and some brands drop right in without any issue and others.... even with serious wiggling dont want to drop in. Buffalo bore and Fiocchi have...
