compact gun shop said they (sw) where back up and was going to send it out so they would get it done but now we are told back ordered part now

bought a new 22 compact and 1500 rounds thru it and extrator broke ? gun shop says they are back ordered ? been over 1 month and bought it to shoot in a league and now junk ? i have talked 3 girls in buying the 380 e-z and now 2 bought the compact but this is leaving a bad taste in the mouth...

I would have thought i had gotten more pics of up grades for this gun ? I am thinking on a dual mag carrier and sling and go from there ?
