    Convering 15-22 to a SBR

    Hello group, I have a question I'm hoping someone here can answer. Can the barrel for a 15-22 be easily cut down to around 4.5 inches? I know I have to fill out a Form 1 with the ATF. Can the hand guard be replaced? I don't see how it's attached. Are there any other considerations I've missed...
