The only one I have ever seen numbers on was the 315NG.
They were a .38 Special K Frame version that was the last model released in the series.
Reportedly less than 600 made.
The other models seemed to be much higher as they were produced a couple years longer.
The NG series was a neat...
Is their list similar to California or more extensive?
Seems like a similar plan and I assume courts have also upheld that one.
But, I am not familiar with either, just curious.
Well some folks make mistakes and can't always be as perfect as others.
Guy was actually a really good cop who just made a mistake and paid for it. But shouldn't scar him for life.
Having worked on lots of discipline matters through the FOP I never saw a Giglio issue due to making a mistake...
I have a couple mag holders that are made for pocket carry.
They work well but between handgun and mag take up both main front pockets.
Easy to deploy with a little peactice and I usually drop my keys into the bigger cargo pocket.
That one may work in a cargo pocket. Not sure in a main...
Hard to say with such little info provided what happened to screw up.
Brady/Giglio addresses crimes and lies but not sure how it deals with lazy, incompetence or screw ups. And without more info not sure which this is.
Could be a training issue.
Glad to see the city is taking care of it...
You are not required to do HR218.
Only if you want to carry under that law, which allows CC nationwide, with some restrictions.
You can chose to just do a state CCW or nothing at all
I personally do HR218 and my states CCW.
CCW gives some rights LEOSA doesn't at this time.
Lawdog; Not sure if you believe the Pachmayr is a new model but they have been around for 60 plus years or more. They were the competition for the T-Grip back in the revolver heyday.
That actually is a decent price for one with the box but I don't have a Colt and the Pachmayr's never held up...
What do you mean by squared?
Like the blocked hat where it was stiff and stood up?
I think that started to fade in the late 80's depending on branch. I also think ballcap style hats of today don't hold up like they used to and not sure the hat blockers still exist?
We wore the 5 point...
Possible. But after all these years of running it the same way, and not caring about the complaints, and all of a sudden now bail out, (if in fact they did) coincidence?
I did check the OK AG's office website and did not see any cases listed and knowing the owner had been sick a few years ago...
