Hey guys I know next to nothing about revolvers. I bought a 642 about a month ago, its only got about 100 rounds through it. The question is about the back side of the barrel where it meets the cylinder. Its a little rough and scratched where they meet, is this normal or is something wrong with...
Im looking for the most comfortable aftermarket grip for my new 642.... Something that will clear a speedloader preferably. Any help is really appreciated. :D
So new question, what holster do you guys reccomend? Id like an ankle one and a belt one as well... Looking for something that will keep it in place really well. Maybe a paddle style, but not bulky, im a pretty small guy at 5'9 170. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Im actually in the process of moving back to Fresno county... My meeting with the sherrif isnt til september when Ill be back anyway. I work on my familys farm in the summer and Im out there til midnight sometimes so I am hoping thats a good enough reason for them.
Wow! Thanks for all the responses! Im now looking into the 642, just saw one at my local dealer and its darn near perfect! Id rather have the smith product so its between that and the body guard now! Thanks again gents!
Ok Im gonna get my ccw soon, and I need a suitable weapon for it. Im sure its blasphemy to even think of anything besides a Smith on here but my price range is kinda limited... so I am between a S&W bodyguard .38 or a Ruger LCR .38.... Just asking for suggestions.... Dont flame me too hard...
Not to negate what you said, but my local dealer has already dropped the prices... $130 off my m&p 45 I bought 3 months ago arg! But anyway just saying.
Called S&W today, outstanding customer service... better than I expected! Theyre sending me a new one free of charge. Ill use the old one or a screw driver to move the latch and keep the new one in the gun. Problem solved!
